We discuss the foundations of your business (Purpose, Vision, Values, Mission), craft an elevator pitch, create a content marketing plan for go to market, create a marketing and sales funnel and revenue plan and finally turn it into a full financial plan for your first year. It all ends with you presenting your plan to your peers.
