This is a seven week interactive, guided course to create a business plan for your first year in business. We discuss the foundations of your business (Purpose, Vision, Values, Mission), craft an elevator pitch, create a content marketing plan for go to market, create a marketing and sales funnel and revenue plan and finally turn it into a full financial plan for your first year. It all ends with you presenting your plan to your peers.
We have class on March 12th for the makeup day due to weather in February.
